Healing One Step At A Time

Experiences in nature often mirror our journey in life. One of our favorite images in hiking is that of the Cairn – a pile of rocks placed carefully by many hands as they passed by -communicating that others have been here before us, and providing assurance that we are still on the right path. Many of us feel lost on our own life’s path, suffering with feelings of emptiness, hopelessness, anxiety, and depression. We have been there.

At Cairn Mental Health, we bring together the best of scientifically researched and patient-proven techniques to help our clients overcome the pain, challenges, and barriers that bring them to us. We take a whole-person approach to therapy, helping each patient build their own stack of tools and insights—their personal cairn—for a healthy, happy life.

Marriage and Family Therapy works to address the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that affect not only individual family members, but also relationships between family members and the family unit as a whole.
